Malcolm Gladwell stated that the key to success in any one field is to practice for at least 10,000 hours, which explains why Pamela Anderson appeared to be such a pro in her film debut with Tommy Lee. To try a sandwich that has been refined through a similarly focused process, check out Hubbub.
Once upon a time there were two guys who had a plan to open a sports bar. On the menu of that hypothetical sports bar was an actual sandwich they created. That sandwich turned out to be the greatest sandwich either of those two guys had ever tasted, so they ditched the sports bar and decided to pimp that wich instead.
The Hubbub sandoozle begins with a base of pickled jalapenos, creamy garlic sauce, romaine lettuce, cilantro, and crunchy caramelized onions atop a toasty baguette. All you gotta do now is pick your protein. They got prawn, turkey sausage, chicken breast, and, the crowd favourite, 24hr marinated pork. For the vegetation murderers amongst us, they offer a red pepper, eggplant, and squash filling. They also offer an assortment of sides, including corn on the cob, coleslaw and a quinoa salad. Wash all this down with a couple cold beers and you’ve just been properly lunched.
Gluten intolerant? No problem. They’ll toss your sandwich and put it into a salad; which is the exact opposite of what Tommy and Pamela would do to you.
